Local footpath

If I'm honest, we didn't really fancy doing much on Monday.

It had rained overnight and, although it was brightening up, we decided to make a den on the sofa and gorge on tea.

But, as seems to be the case with trying to doss around this holiday, we soon got bored. So we headed out on the footpath outside the cottage for a walk across the fields, stopping by the post office for a paper on the way home.
